Building an environment that doesn't just tolerate, but values diversity requires the active participation of everyone in the organization. This workshop will provide a model for developing our knowledge and skills to work and lead in a multicultural community. Participants will gain practical information about developing personal and organizational cultural competence that can be applied at work, at home or in community organizations.
