Culturally Respectful Training

Developing training programs that engage participants of varied cultural backgrounds, abilities, learning styles, reading levels, and other differences requires thoughtful attention to training design and delivery. This course will give trainers the skills to conduct training workshops that address the diverse needs of trainees, and ensure that the training content is accessible for all participants. The instructors will model culturally respectful training and provide valuable tools that novice and expert trainers alike can use.
