2019 Scholarship of Teaching and Learning Conference

Dear UC Davis Scholarly Educators:

Have you been trying new teaching techniques, and measuring their outcomes? Do you use surveys, reflections, and other forms of data to better understand your students and discover new things about their learning experiences? Are you planning a research project around your own teaching, or would you like to? If so, we’d like to invite you to submit a proposal to the 4th Annual UC Davis Scholarship of Teaching and Learning Conference.

Hosted by the Center for Educational Effectiveness, this conference is dedicated to celebrating and sharing the work of UC Davis’ growing community of educators who conduct research to inform their teaching practice. Together we will share research, ideas, practices, and resources in support of evidence-based teaching innovation at UC Davis.  If you’ve been experimenting, discovering, or preparing a project around teaching and learning on this campus, join us! Submit a talk, a resource table presentation, a research poster, or a work-in-progress or exploratory poster.

The proposal submission deadline has been EXTENDED through September 9, 2019 at 11:59PM. The conference will be held on Friday, December 6th at the UC Davis Arc Ballroom.
