Call for Nominations | Chancellor's Achievement Award 2018
Dear UC Davis Faculty and Staff Community,
On behalf of the Office of Campus Community Relations, I am pleased to announce the annual call for nominations for the 2018 Chancellor's Achievement Awards for Diversity and Community.
The Chancellor's Achievement Awards for Diversity and Community was established to honor achievements that contribute in substantial ways to our campus and its surrounding communities (see examples below).
- Highlighting a commitment to community service
- Advancement of the workplace, classroom, research or other areas that add to diversity and/or sets the tone for inclusion, excellence in mentoring relationships (including the impact it has on professional development and/or retention)
- Institutional service (exemplifying a set of standards for service, including personal initiative and inspiring others to serve)
- Social justice (those who advocate tirelessly on behalf of those marginalized by society).
