Together for Wellness / Juntos por Nuestro Bienestar

Together for Wellness /Juntos por Nuestro Bienestar (T4W/Juntos) is a digital hub designed to promote mental and emotional wellbeing for youth, teens, and families across California. Developed through a partnership between UC Davis Center for Reducing Health DisparitiesUCLAChorus Innovations, and grassroots community organizations, the site reflects input directly from teens and young adults to ensure it’s both relevant and accessible.

A key feature of the site is its growing library of culturally responsive resources, including the new Immigration Support & Resources section. This section offers practical, bilingual tools to help immigrant communities access trusted legal services, understand their rights during ICE encounters, and find wellness resources for the whole family. Whether wanting to know your rights or just need some emotional support, this toolkit empowers teens and families with knowledge and care. Check out the website below.
