Submitting Content to DEI

DEI is excited to elevate your content via our communications channels. Please use this form to submit your DEI-related content to our communications team. We value your important contributions to the campus and are grateful for your continued commitment to diversity and inclusion. Guidelines

  • If you have multiple submissions, please submit a separate webform for each. 
  • Event and opportunity submissions for DEI This Week are due Tuesday by 4 pm. 
  • Event and opportunity submissions must be sponsored by a UC Davis academic or administrative unit. We are not able to promote events and opportunities from individual registered student organizations.   
  • While we will try to honor most requests, we do have a fairly full content calendar and cannot guarantee that all items will be included. We prioritize items where DEI has taken an active role in partnering or collaborating on the item.
  • Please follow guidelines from the strategic communications accessibility guide for creators. We especially ask that you include alt text for your images, captions for any video, and avoid submitting complex "flyers" to be used as images. While it’s true that a flyer in pdf format can be read by a screen reader, we are often asked to present a pdf as an image. When complex flyers are converted into an image—especially for social media—they may no longer be accessible to all of our audiences.
