The Office for Health Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (HEDI) exists on the UC Davis Health campus. As an integral part of the Office of the Vice Chancellor for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, the mission of the Office for Health Equity, Diversity and Inclusion is to create a climate of inclusion reflected in structures, policies and practices; the demographics of UC Davis Health community; the attitudes and values of its members and leaders; and the quality of personal interactions.
