African American Faculty and Staff Association (AAFSA)
The African American Faculty and Staff Association (AAFSA) is an organization of Black faculty and staff at University of California, Davis that addresses issues impacting the African diaspora on campus and in the surrounding communities. Members focus on ways to increase Black faculty and staff recruitment, retention, and career advancement. Justice, equitable treatment, and inclusion comprise AAFSA’s core reason for being, and the effort needed to realize these ideas compels AAFSA to act.
