The Queer and Trans Faculty and Staff Association (QTFSA) fosters a welcoming and supportive space for UC Davis employees committed to advancing LGBTQIA+ inclusion, visibility, and community. Open to all faculty and staff, QTFSA promotes education, leadership development, and institutional engagement to ensure that LGBTQIA+ experiences are recognized, valued, and uplifted.
