Help to Crowdfund to Support Staff Upward Career Mobility
The LSFA is raising funds to empower a greater percentage of Latinx staff towards greater upward career mobility. LSFA works to ensure that Latinx staff of the university are not only represented adequately in academic and administrative units but that they have access to quality career development opportunities. Student development studies show a greater degree achievement rate amongst Latinx students when an institution has a commensurate percentage of Latinx faculty and staff.
