This two part series is designed to introduce Art Therapy practices to the graduate community to help them manage daily stress and maintain mental health.
Session 1: Understanding Art Therapy, February 6th 12-:1:30PM
This session will help you understand the benefits of Art Therapy through process-oriented approach. You will gain some hands-on practice in art making, and will learn about the underlying clinical neuroscience research.

Session 2: Art Therapy for Self-Reflection and Self-Care, February 14th 5-6:30PM
In this session, we will delve deeper into the use of art therapy as a mean of increasing self-awareness and utilizing the unconscious process of art making to discover the self.
Note: art supplies will be provided.
