Lean Into Your Career is an intimate networking dinner to connect UC Davis female-identifying PhD students and postdoctoral scholars in all disciplines with professional women in diverse careers. This inspirational event, will include a keynote speaker, small group discussions focused on empowering women in careers and networking. The small group discussions will pair 3 to 4 PhD students and/or postdoctoral scholars with one professional woman to discuss topics including but not limited to; “me too” movement, salaries, professional development, the power of mentors, navigating work culture, work-life balance and more.
