Mariana Ixchel Moscoso: Founder of the Decolonization Project

(they/them) is a genderqueer artivist of Mayan, and partially detribalized African and Indigenous ancestry. They are dedicated to a decolonial framework and employ a Mayan Cosmovision in all aspects of their life. They are a parent to an amazing human and currently lives in Miwok territory (Sacramento, California) where they also work as Arts in Corrections Program Manager at the California Arts Council and founded The Decolonization Project. Dr. Joby Morrow: Medical Consultant and Healthy Equity Advocate

Dr. Joby Morrow received his medical doctorate from the University of California, Davis School of Medicine in 2005. He completed a joint residency in family medicine and psychiatry at UC Davis, winning the award for Outstanding Resident Physician. Dr. Morrow served for eight years as the medical director of a large outpatient addiction treatment center and for three years as the director of an inpatient mental health and addiction treatment center. He is also the author of a book chapter on alcohol use disorders for primary care physicians and consults to increase participation from underrepresented groups in addiction treatment and research. A full-time health consultant for the last three years, Dr. Morrow is the author of briefings and articles on COVID-19, and a frequent panelist on the impact of COVID-19 in black communities.

Anoosh Jorjorian: Founder of Inclusive Futures Consulting

Anoosh Jorjorian has been a writer, activist, and educator for 25 years. She has published articles on race, culture, and justice in publications including TIME.com, Salon, and Black Girl Dangerous, and she has a profile on Medium.com. In Davis, she volunteers for the Davis Phoenix Coalition, coordinating the Yolo Rainbow Families parents and teen groups, and she is currently project managing the ApoYolo Project, a program of the Yolo Interfaith Immigration Network that is supporting immigrant families during COVID-19. She founded Inclusive Futures Consulting, which you can find at raiseinclusivekids.com.
