Student Organization Requests
Any UC Davis Registered Student Organization (RSO), member of Sorority & Fraternity Life, or any other student organization affiliated with UC Davis may request any of the diversity education courses. Any of the courses can be modified to fit the organizations needs and can be made for virtual (Zoom) or in-person sessions.
- For virtual (Zoom) sessions
- The DEI Education Program will provide:
1) the Zoom registration link to share with your participants
2) virtual copies of course material
The student organization must provide:
1) a minimum of one (1) hour scheduled for the session*
2) the student organization is responsible for any marketing and ensuring their selected audience attends the event
*The one (1) hour minimum can be modified based on your organizations need. - For in-person sessions
- The DEI Education Program will provide:
1) virtual copies of course material
The student organization must provide:
1) a minimum of one (1) hour scheduled for the session*
2) a location that includes audio/visual access
3) the attendance roster that includes participant names and UC Davis emails
4) the student organization is responsible for any marketing and ensuring their selected audience attends the event
