Academic Senate Affirmative Action and Diversity Committee
Advises the administration concerning affirmative action policies for academic personnel and academic programs and addresses issues of admission and retention of culturally and economically disadvantaged students.
ASUCD Ethnic and Cultural Affairs Commission
Responsible for investigating and recommending policies and programs concerning under-represented communities at UC Davis.
ASUCD Gender and Sexuality Affairs Commission
Promotes awareness of issues pertaining to gender and sexuality as well as sexual assault.
A variety of campus initiatives ensure UC Davis’s commitment to a discrimination-free work and learning environment by providing cultural competency education, forums for discussing and reporting concerns, services for working through challenges to achieve learning goals and tools to ensure equitable access to learning and workplace resources.
