Join CAMPOS scholar Maciel Hernández for her talk on a person-centered examination of culturally relevant school practices and academic functioning in adolescence. Her research looked at schools as sites where youth might have a range of opportunities to be holistically supported through culturally relevant practices. Using a person-centered approach, her team examined the presence of profiles on culturally relevant practices in schools among adolescents from the U.S. Southwest.
