Applications for the Second Cohort of MSI Aspiring Leaders at the Penn Center for Minority Serving Institutions will open October 17, 2018!

Supported by $745,000 in grants from ECMC Foundation and The Kresge Foundation, MSI Aspiring Leaders is a program developed by the Penn Center for Minority Serving Institutions (CMSI) that brings together prominent leaders from Minority Serving Institutions' (MSI) to engage with mid-career aspiring leaders from the education, non-profit, and business sectors in an effort to prepare the next generation of MSI presidents.

U.C. Berkeley Center for Studies in Higher Education Executive Leadership Academy

The Executive Leadership Academy (ELA) is designed for individuals from all backgrounds who are interested in preparing themselves for appointments to executive positions such as dean, vice president, provost, president, and chancellor. It offers a five-day intensive training experience and is guided by a select faculty team, comprised of over 25 senior-level higher education executives.

Harvard Administrative Fellows Program

The Program provides participants with opportunities to enhance their professional experiences by both working within an academic environment as a mid-level administrator and working in an area that broadens and deepens previous opportunities.
