Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are open to all members of the campus community who wish to participate. Administration selects members of DEI-related Administrative Advisory Committees (AACs) annually from a pool of interested staff, students, and faculty. These groups serve in an advisory role to campus leadership, networks of support, and DEI champions.
